These stays range from 21 nights to 12 months and are ideal when you need a home for a specific period without having to resort to a traditional lease. Whether it’s for a job transfer, a period of study, a renovation, or any other need, the apartments are fully furnished, spacious, and designed to comfortably accommodate families, allowing them to enjoy their home freely.

No, there are no rental fees. The rent also includes utilities, Wi-Fi, building maintenance fees, and 7-day-a-week support for any needs you may have.

The monthly rent includes:

The following are excluded and must be paid as a one-time fee:

  • Service fee (which includes initial and final cleaning, linens, and
    administrative costs)
  • Stamp and registration taxes

If the apartment you’re interested in isn’t currently occupied by another guest, we’d be happy to arrange a personalized tour to show it to you in person.

To sign the contract, which is for more than 30 nights, a non-digital signature accompanied by the company’s official stamp (if applicable) is required.

A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required for early vacating of the property.

Yes, you can request a periodic cleaning service during your stay; it is available upon request for an additional fee.

Yes, every apartment is equipped with a washing machine, as well as all the standard appliances such as an oven (or microwave) and a coffee maker.

If requested, we can provide a letter of invitation, which is required for visa or residence permit purposes.
