The Best Rent is a company specialized in medium and short-term rentals management in Milan and Rome. We have been active since 2014, welcomed more than 77000 guests and managed more than 250 apartments since then.

We carefully select each property and offer it, with an all-inclusive pack, to those who need a short or long stay in the city for business or leisure. In fact, in order to ensure a high standard of quality, one of our tester sleeps for several days in the building with the aim of guaranteeing The Best Rent Quality Standard.

We are committed to developing the hospitality theme through innovation and technology. Our solid structure, made of two distinct business units, allows us to offer short-term rental opportunities along with the advantages of medium-term rentals.

Our story

2014

The Best Rent was founded in 2014 thanks to Cristiano Berti idea, who took the new opportunity of short stay rentals in the Milanese market.

2015

The innovation and technology that have always guided our concept of hospitality have led to partnerships with home automation companies and the integration of a channel manager.

2016

The Best Rent network was born: companies (SME and multinationals) relocation partners, universities, professional associations, travel agencies, agreements with hospitals.

2017

The Group’s real estate agency that allows you to sell your property during the management period with short-term rentals was founded: Homefidence.

2018

More and more owners choose our company: 100 apartments we managed.

2020

Despite the pandemic, the Group grew and reached 200 apartments managed. The #iocimettolacasa campaign was launched to support the work of doctors and nurses during that difficult time.

2021

The Best Rent keeps growing: our new office in Rome opened and objective of 250 properties managed was reached.

We are a multilingual team that works every day with passion to make our guests feel at home during their stay and to offer safe and transparent property management to our owners.

We have organized our structure into six distinct areas of expertise: Booking and Revenue Management, Hospitality and Operations, Legal, Marketing, Sales and Administration. This organization allows us to guarantee an added value, in terms of greater reliability and competence, unique in the sector.

The multiculturalism and the promotion of corporate values based on diversity, together with an eco-sustainable approach in the management of our properties, have always inspired the path of The Best Rent.
