Within 12 hours from your booking request, one of our employees will confirm via e-mail the availability of the dates previously indicated, also giving you all the information needed to proceed with your payment online.
Once the booking is accepted, you have 24 hours to proceed with the downpayment: you can pay online, via Bank Transfer, Credit Card and Stripe circuit. When your payment is completed, simply relax and think about enjoying your stay. We’ll take care of everything: one of our employees will be in the apartment to welcome you.
