The museum is small (it has only two rooms), little known and not so easy to find. Now, we strongly advise you to forget these negative premises and grant yourself a couple of hours in this Milanese treasure, too often eclipsed by its far more famous colleagues. The museum collects artistic and daily life objects mainly retrieved from Asia: you will be amazed by the gold Buddhas and surprised by the extremely long fish tongue that was used to work guaranà. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful in providing information and anecdotes: it is of vital importance, they explain, to get in touch with different cultures in order to fully appreciate their uniqueness, break prejudices down and re-evaluate our own heritage. And, seen the nature of our work, we cannot help but agree.
