The idea of selling draught products was coined in Germany and this is why Guia Castoldi decided to give a German name to her shop. When entering, one cannot but notice the beige ceramic jars filled with oil, or the transparent ampoules containing liquor or even the ocher clay filled with vinegar. The visual effect is breathtaking. Customers arrive with their empty bottles (you can also buy one in the store), open their taps and fill them with these nectars. The products are exceptional and specifically selected by Guia all around in Italy. In addition to oils, vinegars and spirits, the store is well stocked with jams, chocolates, sauces and creams. Clearly, the classic extra virgin olive oil is a must, but we suggest you to be a little more daring and to try the fig and raspberry vinegar, the fruity olive oil (walnuts, pistachio and much more) and the urchin caviar… you won’t be disappointed!
