In 2008, the Nottingham Forest joined the list of the 50 best bars in the world and this award is certainly due to its amazing and surprisingly original cocktails. As soon as you step into the super small bar, a waiter will put an endless list of cocktails before your eyes: it will take you more than 30 minutes to scroll it and, eventually, you’ll feel your strengths leave you and you’ll be tempted to choose a Mojito. Don’t do it, think about the queue you have just defeated, take a long breathe and choose wisely your cocktail! We can suggest you a couple: “il coso”, a drink with two openings and two different flavors in just one glass; “lo sferificazione”, a cocktail that contains a special molecular liquor, hard on the outside and soft on the inside; and “il fumoir”, a smoked cocktail made with Scotch whiskey. If you feel dizzy with all these names and a Mojito still seems a pretty good option, then try at least one with an original flavor: mango, strawberry, peach, ginger or sakè… there is something for anyone’s taste!
